Smart energy company SolarEdge Technologies Inc. appointed former COO of Prospera Technologies Dana Gross to its board of directors effective July 5, the company announced in a July 7 news release.
Gross will serve on the board’s audit committee as a financial expert. From 2016 to 2021, she served as the COO of Prospera, an artificial intelligence and machine learning company, and before that, she was CFO of eToro, a social trading and financial services company, from 2014 to 2016. Since 2022, Gross has been the head of strategic initiatives at Fiverr International Ltd.—the company behind the online market of the same name.
Gross has also held senior management roles with Check Point, Software Technologies Ltd., bTendo Ltd., SanDisk and M-Systems. Throughout her career, she also served on the board of companies such as M-Systems, AudioCodes, PowerDsine, Tower Semiconductors and Playtika Holdings.
