SLB OneSubsea, a joint venture that includes SLB, Aker Solutions and Subsea7, will support multiple oil and gas developments for Vår Energi on the Norwegian Continental Shelf with subsea equipment and production systems, SLB said Feb. 4.
The joint venture will begin work immediately to deliver two equipment packages. The first consists of a complete subsea production system. The second includes the engineering and procurement of all components needed for another same-size SPS system.
The two four-well equipment packages use SLB OneSubsea’s standard, configurable subsea platform, enabling Vår to advance projects more quickly.
