On April 11, Riley Exploration Permian Inc. announced a $0.34 per share cash dividend of common stock was approved by the Riley board of directors.
The dividend will be paid out on May 9 to stockholders on record as of the close of business on April 25.
Oklahoma City-based Riley Permian is an independent oil and natural gas company that operates in the Permian Basin.
