With the shale rebound from price and demand drop well underway, upstream service providers are re-focusing their efforts and operations on creating value for both themselves and for their customers, according to Brian Groody, vice president of OFS North American land at Baker Hughes.
As a result, cash flow and carbon reduction have emerged as the top priorities for shale players, and the oilfield services sector is responding accordingly, Groody told Hart Energy.
