Natural Gas Services Group Inc., a natural gas equipment and services provider, announced on July 5 that Interim CEO and President Stephen C. Taylor agreed to extend his tenure until Dec. 31 or until a successor is named.
“We have a strong team in-place that is focused [on] executing on our growth initiatives and we are enthusiastic about the future,” Taylor said. “I am pleased to continue in my interim role as we search for the next leader of the company.”
The company also appointed Donald J. Tringali as lead independent director, to succeed David L. Bradshaw in the role.
