Statoil ASA has changed its name to Equinor ASA.

McDermott International Inc. has completed its merger with CB&I. The newly combined company will retain the name McDermott and plans to search for a larger Houston headquarters, leaving CB&I’s home base in The Woodlands, Texas.

InterDam, a supplier of fire- and blast-resistant architectural products for refineries, oil and gas platforms and offshore wind platforms, has opened a new office in Houston.
