MidOcean Energy appointed Armand Lumens as CFO, the LNG company for investment firm EIG announced May 14.
Lumens brings over 30 years of experience across M&A, private equity, business development, trading and financing.
He most recently served as the group CFO of Neptune Energy, where he helped develop the company’s financial and IT strategies.
Lumens was also group CFO at natural gas company Louis Dreyfus and spent more than 24 years at Shell serving in various leadership roles, including CFO of Shell Trading.
