Tiptop Energy Production US LLC has retained BOK Financial Securities for the sale of non-operated working interest properties and gas gathering system in the Powder River, Mid- continent and Gulf Coast Regions. The package includes a net production of 2,222 boe/d.

- PDP PV-10: $62.9 million and 5 MMBoe net reserves
- Net Production: 2,222 boe/d (56% liquids)

- Monthly operating cash flow: $1.7 MM (T6M average)
- Average WI / NRI: 8% WI and 81% (8/8th) NRI
- Total 3P PV10: $170 MM and 64 MMboe net reserves
Midstream System
- 33.3% non-operated working interest in Otter Creek Midstream system
- 259 miles of gas gathering lines and 4 active compressor stations (all company-owned)
- Current throughput of ~20.4 MMcf/d
- Major interconnects with ETC and Superior Midstream
