The Lot# 108184 package includes 100% of their production and leasehold interest in the Mewbourne Caper Unit.

- PRR owns a 12.5% WI and 12.5% NRI in existing and future W/2 Wolfcamp wells, 12.5% WI and 9.375% NRI in existing and future E/2 Wolfcamp wells, and 25% WI and 21.875% NRI in existing and future W/2 Bone Springs wells.
- There are currently 4 producing wells, 4 proposed wells scheduled to spud in October 2023 (PRR has elected to participate), 5 wells planned for Q4 of 2024, and 4 additional PUD wells.
