Gunbarrel Oil and Gas LLC retained Simplex Energy Solutions LLC as its exclusive adviser for the sale of an operated working interest package in Crockett County, Texas.
The package is comprised of operated production and leasehold interest with existing production comes from five producing wells in the Wolfcamp A and B formations. Upside opportunities also include infill drilling additional wells in the Wolfcamp B formation and re-stimulating existing wells that were previously completed with gel frac technology, according to Simplex.
Highlights:
- $44,340 / month Net Income (average June-August)
- Located north of Ozona, Texas
- Producing from Wolfcamp A and B
- 1,960 gross acres (approximately)
- 100% working interest
- 75% net revenue interest
- Gross production (average March-August): 11.8 bbl/d of Oil / 486.1 Mcf/d of Gas
- In-fill drilling locations available throughout HBP’d acreage
