BlackBriar Royalty LP retained TenOaks Energy Advisors as its exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of mineral and overriding royalty interest properties located in the Austin Chalk and Eagle Ford​ Shale in Milam, Robertson and Burleson counties, Texas. The offering includes roughly 50,000 gross acres / 15,800 net royalty acres with a next 12-month PDP cash flow of $10 million.
