Kinetik Holdings’ Anne Psencik, the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, will retire at the end of June 30.
Kinetik made the announcement on April 30. Psencik will continue in her current role until retirement and plans to remain involved with the company in a consulting capacity.
Psencik has served as the company’s chief strategy officer since 2019 and has more than 35 years in the oil and gas industry.
“Annie has been a valuable leader at Kinetik,” Jamie Welch, Kinetik CEO, said in a press release. “During her six-year tenure, Annie has managed risk and also served as a trusted advisor on numerous commercial and investment opportunities across our business.”
Houston-based Kinetik is a midstream company that is focused on services in the Delaware Basin.
