Houston's Keyera Corp. has elected two new directors to its board following the retirement of Michael Norris and Douglas Haughey, the company said May 15.

T. Tim Kitchen and Bob Pritchard were elected to the board at the annual and special meeting of shareholders.

Norris served on Keyera’s board of directors since 2013 and as chair of the audit committee since 2015. Haughey has also been part of the board since 2013 and served as the independent lead director since 2015. He also served as chair of the governance and sustainability committee and as a member of the human resources committee.

Kitchen has more than 32 years of experience in the energy and investment banking industry and previously served as the managing director and head of Canadian investment banking for Barclays. Pritchard has over 40 years of experience in the energy sector and was previously president of Wolf Midstream.
