E&P operator Gran Tierra Energy Inc. has agreed to sell Gran Tierra North Sea Ltd. to NEO Energy for US$7.5 million. NEO Energy, a private upstream company, operates in the U.K. Continental Shelf.
The North Sea unit holds a 100% equity interest in UKCS License P2358, which includes the Serenity discovery.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025 and requires consent from the North Sea Transition Authority.
