Goodnight Midstream named Grant Adams as its new CEO on April 18, succeeding Patrick Walker at the helm of the water management provider.
Adams joined Goodnight, a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital LLC, in 2016 as general counsel. He previously held that role at EnLink Midstream and Alon USA Energy. Before joining the oil and gas industry, he worked at international law firms of Hunton Andrews Kurth and Baker McKenzie as a corporate and securities attorney specializing in the energy industry.
“I’m honored and excited to step into the role of CEO at Goodnight Midstream and to build on the exceptional work of our previous CEO, Patrick Walker,” Adams said in a released statement. “Under his leadership, the company has achieved remarkable success, and I am grateful for his mentorship and guidance during my time here.”
Walker, who led the company for 12 years, will stay on as a member of Goodnight’s board of directors following the transition process.
Goodnight Midstream builds and operates produced water infrastructure for oil and gas producers, holding significant positions in the Permian Basin, Bakken and Eagle Ford shale plays.
