Palmdale Oil has acquired Combs Oil Co., bringing together two Florida-based fuels and refined products distributors.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Naples, Florida-based Combs Oil, founded in 1967, distributes diesel fuel, gasoline, lubricants and other products across Southwest Florida. The company also holds bulk plant storage infrastructure, including tanks, rolling stock and inventory.
"We are thrilled to join forces with Palmdale – a family-founded and operated business that shares our dedication to excellence and personalized customer service," said Combs Oil CEO Dennis Combs.
Palmdale, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, provides fuels, lubricants and chemicals delivery and management services for customers across the state.
“This partnership will expand our presence in a target market and allows us to better serve our collective customers in the region,” said Palmdale CEO Lachlan Cheatham. “As we continue to focus on thoughtfully growing our footprint, we are excited to expand our service offerings to the Combs customer-base and want to thank Dennis and his team for all of their hard work building Combs into the business it is today.”
