In July, it was reported that Dune Energy purchased 95% of Voyager Partners' Barnett Shale interests, gaining year-end 2004 proved reserves of 27 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent. At the time of closing, Voyager had booked additional reserves to the assets for a deal total of 45 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent.
