Epsilon Energy Ltd. has appointed Nicola Maddox to its board, the company announced in a May 18 press release.
Maddox’s appointment is effective immediately, though her initial term will expire at the company’s 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders. Maddox will then stand for reelection.
Maddox will serve on the compensation, nominating and corporate governance committee and brings more than 40 years of oil and gas experience to Epsilon Energy. She’s held positions with companies such as Exxon Minerals, Phillips Petroleum and Wessely Energy, among others. In 2004, Maddox co-founded Centurion Exploration Company, initially serving as executive vice president before becoming president, CEO and chairman of the board from 2007 to 2009. She has been a self-employed energy advisor specializing in contract analysis, strategic planning, and negotiation strategies since 2022.
Epsilon Energy is an on-shore E&P based primarily in the Marcellus Basin in Northeast Pennsylvania.
