Here’s a snapshot of recent energy deals including the closing of Whiting Petroleum’s D-J Basin exit plus its $271 million acquisition in the Williston Basin and the sale of ConocoPhillips’ stake in a Vaca Muerta Shale project. Crescent Pass Energy also announced its entry into the Eagle Ford Shale through a series of acquisitions including of producing assets in the northern area of the Eagle Ford play from Armor Energy.
