Energy A&D Transactions from the Week of June 1, 2022

Here’s a snapshot of recent energy deals series of transactions by Crestwood Equity Partners totaling roughly $1.2 billion that more than doubles Crestwood’s natural gas processing capabilities in the Delaware Basin while also exiting its legacy Barnett Shale position plus the acquisition of Cogent Midstream by Canes Midstream establishing a Permian Basin position and Houston American Energy’s acquisition of additional interest in a Colombian project.
