Upstream
SM Energy
SM Energy Co. (NYSE: SM) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common stock, payable May 5 to stockholders of record by April 18.
SandRidge Energy
SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE: SD) declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable March 31 to shareholders of record by March 20.
Vitesse
Vitesse Energy Inc. (NYSE: VTS) declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.5625 per share, payable March 31 to stockholders of record by March 21.
Whitecap Resources
Calgary, Alberta-based Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) confirmed a cash dividend of CA$0.0608 (US$0.043) per common share. The dividend will be payable April 15 to shareholders of record by March 31.
Surge Energy
Calgary-based Surge Energy Inc. (TSX: SGY) announced a cash dividend of CA$0.0433 (US$0.030) per share, payable April 15 to shareholders of record March 31.
ARC Resources
Calgary-based ARC Resources Ltd. (TSX: ARX) confirmed a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, payable April 15 to shareholders of record by March 31.
Midstream
NGL Energy Partners
NGL Energy Partners (NYSE: NGL) announced a quarterly cash distribution for its Class B, C and D preferred units.
Each Class B preferred unitholders will receive a distribution of $0.737, and each Class C preferred unitholders will receive a distribution of $0.7320. Both Class B and C units will be payable April 15 to shareholders of record by April 1.
The Class D preferred units have a declared amount of $19.24 million, payable April 15 to holders of record by April 1.
