Upstream
APA Corp.
APA Corp. (Nasdaq: APA) announced a regular cash dividend of $0.25 on its common shares. The dividend is payable May 22 to stockholders of record by April 22.
EQT
EQT Corp. (NYSE: EQT) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of about $0.16 per share, payable March 3 to shareholders of record by Feb. 18.
Evolution Petroleum
Evolution Petroleum (NYSE American: EPM) announced a cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable March 31 to stockholders of record by March 14.
ConocoPhillips
ConocoPhillips Co. (NYSE: COP) declared an ordinary dividend of $0.78 per share, payable March 3 to shareholders of record by Feb. 17.
Mach Natural Resources
Mach Natural Resources LP (NYSE: MNR) declared a quarterly cash distribution for fourth-quarter 2024 of $0.50 per unit. The distribution is payable March 13 to unitholders of record by Feb. 27.
Murphy USA
Murphy USA Inc. (NYSE: MUSA) announced a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.49 per share, or $1.96 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend represents a 2.1% increase from the fourth-quarter and is payable March 5 to stockholders of record by Feb. 24.
Midstream
TC Energy
TC Energy Corp. (NYSE: TRP) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.85 per common share, payable April 30 to shareholders of record by March 31.
Phillips 66
Phillips 66 Co. (NYSE: PSX) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.15 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable March 5 to shareholders of record by Feb. 24.
Service and Supply
Enpro
Enpro Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, a 3.3% increase from its fourth-quarter dividend of $0.30 per share. The dividend is payable March 19 to shareholders of record by March 5.
Halliburton
Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per common stock, payable March 26 to stockholders of record by March 5.
