With first-quarter 2025 earnings underway, here is a compilation of dividends declared during the weeks of April 7 and April 14 from select upstream, midstream and service and supply companies.
Upstream
Riley Permian
Riley Exploration Permian Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.38 per share.
The dividend is payable May 8 to shareholders of record by April 24.
Surge Energy
Calgary, Alberta-based Surge Energy Inc. (TSX: SGY) confirmed a cash dividend of approximately CA$0.043 (US$0.031) per share, payable May 15 to shareholders of record by April 30.
Whitecap Resources
Calgary-based Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) announced a quarterly cash dividend of CA$0.0608 (US$0.044) per common share.
The dividend is payable May 15 to shareholders of record by April 30.
Black Stone Minerals
Black Stone Minerals LP (NYSE: BSM) approved a first-quarter 2025 cash distribution of $0.375 per common unit.
The distribution is payable May 15 to shareholders of record by May 8.
Liberty Energy
Liberty Energy Inc. (NYSE: LBRT) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of Class A common stock, payable June 20 to holders of record by June 6.
Matador Resources
Matador Resources Co. (NYSE: MTDR) announced a quarterly cash dividend of approximately $0.31 per common stock. The dividend is payable June 6 to shareholders of record by May 9.
Midstream
Kinetik
Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable May 2 to shareholders of record by April 25.
Targa Resources
Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) announced an increased quarterly cash dividend to $1 per common share, or $4 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend represents a 33% increase compared to first-quarter 2024 and is payable May 15 to shareholders of record by April 30.
EQT
EQT Corp. (NYSE: EQT) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of about $0.16 per share, payable June 2 to shareholders of record by May 7.
Enterprise Products Partners
Enterprise Products Partners LP (NYSE: EPD) declared a quarterly cash distribution of about $0.54 per unit, or $2.14 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution is payable May 14 to shareholders of record by April 30 and represents a 3.9% increase compared to first-quarter 2024.
Service and Supply
USA Compression Partners
USA Compression Partners LP (NYSE: USAC) announced a cash distribution of $0.53 per common unit, or $2.10 on an annualized basis.
The distribution is payable May 9 to unitholders of record by April 28.
Martin Midstream
Martin Midstream Partners LP (NASDAQ: MMLP) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.005 per unit, payable May 15 to common unitholders of record by May 8.
