Midstream
Archrock
Archrock Inc. (NYSE: AROC) declared an increased quarterly dividend of about $0.18 per share of common stock, or $0.70 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend will be payable Nov. 13 to stockholders of record by Nov. 6.
Cheniere Energy
Cheniere Energy Partners (NYSE: CQP) declared a cash distribution of $0.81 per common unit. The distribution comprises a base amount equal to approximately $0.78 and a variable amount of approximately $0.04.
The distributions are payable Nov. 14 to unitholders of record by Nov. 4.
Energy Transfer
Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.211 per Series I Preferred Unit.
The distribution will be payable Nov. 14 to unitholders of record by Nov. 4.
Global Partners
Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) announced a cash distribution of $0.73 per common unit, or $2.92 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be payable Nov. 14 to unitholders of record by Nov. 8.
Service and Supply
CMS Energy
CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) declared a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock, payable Nov. 27 to shareholders of record by Nov. 13.
Kodiak Gas Services
Kodiak Gas Services Inc. (NYSE: KGS) announced a cash dividend of $0.41 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable Nov. 8 to stockholders of record by Nov. 1.
The company’s subsidiary Kodiak Gas Services LLC declared a distribution of $0.41 per unit, payable Nov. 8 to unitholders of record by Nov. 1.
Suburban Propane Partners
Suburban Propane Partners LP (NYSE: SPH) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.325 per common unit, or $1.30 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution is payable Nov. 12 to common unitholders of record by Nov. 5.
TGS
TGS ASA (OSE: TGS) announced a quarterly dividend of NOK 1.53 per share (US$0.14 per share). The dividend is payable Nov. 14 to shareholders of record by Nov. 1.
