As third-quarter earnings season wraps up, here is a compilation of dividends declared from select upstream and midstream companies in the week of Nov. 4.
Upstream
EOG Resources
EOG Resources Inc. (NYSE: EOG) declared a dividend of approximately $0.98 per share on its common stock, or $3.90 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend represents a 7% increase from the previous quarter.
The dividend is payable Jan. 31, 2025, to stockholders of record by Jan. 17.
Devon Energy
Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN) declared a fixed quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share, payable Dec. 30 to shareholders of record by Dec. 13.
Occidental
Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on its common stock.
The dividend is payable Jan. 15 to stockholders of record by Dec. 10.
Permian Resources
Permian Resources Inc. (NYSE: PR) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis.
The base dividend is payable Nov. 22 to shareholders of record by Nov. 14.
SandRidge
SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE: SD) announced an $0.11 per share cash dividend payable Nov. 29 to shareholders of record Nov. 15.
Midstream
Targa Resources
Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per common share, payable Nov. 15 to shareholders of record by Oct. 31.
TC Energy
Calgary, Alberta-based TC Energy Corp. (NYSE: TRP) declared a quarterly dividend of CA$0.8225 (US$0.59) per common share payable Jan. 31 to shareholders of record by Dec. 31.
South Bow
Calgary, Alberta-based South Bow Corp. (NYSE: SOBO) declared its inaugural quarterly dividend of US$0.50 per share, payable Jan. 31 to shareholders of record by Dec. 31.
Williams
Williams Cos. Inc. (NYSE: WMB) approved a regular dividend of about $0.48 per share on its common stock, or $1.90 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable Dec. 30 to holders of record by Dec. 13.
