Upstream
Hess Corp.
Hess Corp.’s (NYSE: HES) board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable to shareholders of record as of June 16. The dividend will be paid out on June 30.
Diversified Energy
Diversified Energy (NYSE: DEC) declared an interim first-quarter 2025 dividend of $0.25 per share on May 12. Payment will go out on Sept. 30 to shareholders on record by Aug. 29.
Midstream
South Bow
South Bow Corp. (TSX & NYSE: SOBO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 30.
Keyera
Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) announced a second-quarter cash dividend of $0.52 per common share. The dividend will be payable on June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 16.
Service and supply
Solaris
Solaris Energy Infrastructure Inc. (NYSE: SEI) declared a second-quarter 2025 dividend of $0.12 per share, to be paid out on June 13 to shareholders of record as of June 3.
Holders of units in Solaris Energy Infrastructure LLC will also paid a distribution of $0.12 per unit, subject to the same payout and record dates.
