Second-quarter 2024 earnings are underway, and companies are declaring dividends.
Here is a selection of dividends declared for the week of July 22 for a number of upstream and midstream companies.
Upstream
Black Stone Minerals
Minerals and royalties company Black Stone Minerals LP’s board of directors approved a second quarter cash distribution for common units of approximately $0.38 per unit, the company announced in a July 24 press release.
The $0.38 per unit price maintains the distribution level of the first quarter of 2024. Distributions will be payable on Aug. 16 to unitholders of record on Aug. 9.
Black Stone is scheduled to release earnings results for the second quarter after the close of trading on Aug. 5, with a conference call to discuss the results Aug. 6.
Occidental Petroleum
Occidental Petroleum Corp.’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock on July 25.
The $0.22 per share dividend will be payable on Oct. 15 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 10.
Midstream
Energy Transfer
Energy Transfer LP announced on July 23 a quarterly cash distribution of $0.21 per Series I Preferred Unit.
Series 1 unitholders on record as of Aug. 2 will be paid on Aug. 14.
EnLink Midstream
EnLink Midstream LLC announced a quarterly distribution on July 23 for the second quarter of 2024.
The distribution of approximately $0.13 per common unit is the same price as the prior quarter and will be paid out on Aug. 14 to unitholders of record as of Aug. 2.
Global Partners
The board of directors of Global Partners LP’s general partner, Global GP LLC, declared a cash distribution of $0.72 per unit ($2.88 per unit annualized) on all outstanding common units from April 1 through June 30.
The distribution will be paid out on Aug. 14 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 8.
