With 2024 fourth quarter and year-end earnings season underway, below is a compilation of dividends declared from select upstream, midstream and downstream companies.
Upstream
Riley Permian
Riley Exploration Permian Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.38 per share. The dividend is payable Feb. 6 to stockholders of record by Jan. 23.
SLB
SLB Ltd. (NYSE: SLB) approved a 3.6% increase on its quarterly cash dividend to about $0.29 per share.
The dividend is payable April 3 to shareholders of record by Feb.5.
Surge Energy
Calgary, Alberta-based Surge Energy Inc. (TSX: SGY) confirmed a cash dividend of approximately CA$0.043 per share (US$0.03), payable Feb. 18 to shareholders of record by Jan. 31.
Whitecap Resources
Calgary-based Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) declared a cash dividend of approximately CA$0.06 per common share (US$0.04), payable Feb. 18 to shareholders of record by Jan. 31.
Midstream
Enterprise Products Partners
Enterprise Products Partners LP (NYSE: EPD) declared a quarterly cash distribution of about $0.54 per unit, or $2.14 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution is payable Feb. 14 to unitholders of record by Jan. 31.
Genesis Energy
Genesis Energy LP (NYSE: GEL) announced a cash distribution for its common unit holders and Class A convertible preferred unit holders.
Each common unit holder will be paid a quarterly distribution of approximately $0.17 per unit, or $0.66 per unit on an annualized basis.
Each holder of preferred units will be paid a quarterly distribution of about $0.95 per unit, or $3.79 per unit on an annualized basis.
Both distributions will be payable Feb. 14 to holders of record by Jan. 31.
Plains All American
Plains All American Pipeline (Nasdaq: PAA) approved a quarterly distribution of $0.38 per unit, payable in Feb. 14 to unitholders of record by Jan. 31.
The dividend represents a 20% increase, or a $0.25 per unit increase, from the prior distribution in November 2024.
Targa Resources
Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per common share, or $3 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable Feb. 14 to holders of record by Jan. 31.
Downstream
Valero Energy
Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE: VLO) approved an increased quarterly cash dividend on its common stock to $1.13 per share. The dividend is payable March 3 to holders of record by Jan. 30.
