Upstream
Diamondback Energy
Diamondback Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: FANG) announced a quarterly dividend of $1 per share, or $4 on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable March 13 to shareholders of record by March 6.
Coterra Energy
Coterra Energy Inc. (NYSE: CTRA) approved a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, payable March 27 to shareholders of record by March 13.
Permian Resources
Permian Resources Corp. (NYSE: PR) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable March 31 to shareholders of record by March 17.
Chord Energy
Chord Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: CHRD) declared a base dividend of $1.30 per share of common stock, payable March 26 to shareholders of record March 11.
Midstream
Venture Global
Venture Global Inc. (NYSE: VG) declared a cash dividend of approximately $0.017 per share, payable March 31 to outstanding Class A and Class B common stockholders of record by March 10.
DT Midstream
DT Midstream Inc. (NYSE: DTM) announced a 12% increase to its dividend to $0.82 per share, payable April 15 to stockholders of record March 17.
Aris Water Solutions
Aris Water Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ARIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, payable March 27 to Class A common stockholders of record by March 13.
