Calgary, Alberta -based Surge Energy Inc. (TSX: SGY) confirmed a cash dividend of CA$0.043 (US$0.030) per share. The dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2025 to shareholders of record by Dec. 31.
Whitecap Resources
Calgary-based Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) announced a cash dividend of CA$0.0608 (US$0.042) per common share.
The dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2025 to shareholders of record by Dec. 31.
ARC Resources
Calgary-based ARC Resources Ltd. (TSX: ARX) declared a dividend of CA$0.19 (US$0.13) per share, payable Jan. 15, 2025 to shareholders of record by Dec. 31.
Vermilion Energy
Calgary-based Vermilion Energy Inc. (TSX & NYSE: VET) announced an 8% increase to its dividend to CA$0.13 (US$0.090) per share, payable April 15, 2025. The shareholder record date was not disclosed.
Tamarack Valley
Calgary-based Tamarack Valley Energy (TSX: TVE) declared a monthly cash dividend of CA$0.0127 (US$0.0089) per common share, payable Jan. 15, 2025 to shareholders of record by Dec. 30.
Midstream
Xcel Energy
Xcel Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: XEL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5475 per common share, payable Jan. 20, 2025 to shareholders of record by Jan. 6, 2025.
Service and Supply
Flowserve
Flowserve Corp. (NYSE: FLS) has confirmed a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable Jan. 10, 2025 to shareholders of record by Dec. 27.
