Second-quarter 2024 earnings are underway, and companies are declaring dividends.
Here is a selection of dividends declared for the week of Aug. 2 for a selection of upstream, midstream and service & supply companies.
Upstream
Magnolia Oil & Gas
Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share of Class A common stock and a cash distribution of $0.13 per Class B unit.
Both the dividend and distribution are payable Sept. 3 to shareholders of record by Aug. 9.
Vitesse Energy
Vitesse Energy Inc. announced its third-quarter cash dividend of $0.525 per share on its common stock.
The dividend will be payable Sept. 30 to stockholders of record by Sept. 16.
Civitas Resources
Civitas Resources Inc.’s board has approved a quarterly dividend of $1.52 per share. The dividend is payable Sept. 26 to shareholders of record by Sept. 12.
Civitas said the amount reflects the combination of the base dividend of $0.50 per share and a variable dividend of $1.02 per share.
ConocoPhillips
ConocoPhillips Inc. declared a third-quarter ordinary dividend of $0.58 per share and a variable return of cash (VROC) of $0.20 per share.
Both are payable Sept. 3 to stockholders of record by Aug. 12.
In May, ConocoPhillips announced plans to increase the ordinary dividend by 34% to $0.78 per share starting in fourth-quarter 2024. This will incorporate the current VROC of $0.20 per share into the ordinary dividend.
Midstream
MPLX
MPLX LP has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.85 per common unit for second-quarter 2024, or $3.40 on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be payable Aug. 16 to common unitholders of record by Aug. 9.
Williams
Williams Cos.’ board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.4750 per share, or $1.90 annualized, on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 30 to holders of record by Sept. 13.
Williams said the dividend represents a 6.1% increase from its third-quarter 2023 quarterly dividend of $0.4475 per share paid in September 2023.
Enbridge
Calgary, Alberta-based Enbridge Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of CA$0.9150 (US$0.66) per common share.
The dividend is payable Sept. 1 to shareholders of record by Aug. 15 and is consistent with the company’s June 1 dividend, Enbridge said.
Enbridge also declared the following quarterly dividends, found in the chart below, for its preferred shares. All dividends are payable on Sept. 1 to shareholders of record on Aug. 15. All amounts shown are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Gibson Energy
Calgary, Alberta- based Gibson Energy Inc. has approved a quarterly dividend of CA$0.41 (US$0.30) per common share.
The dividend is payable Oct. 17 to shareholders of record by Sept. 30.
Delek Logistics Partners
Delek Logistics Partners announced an increased quarterly cash distribution of $1.09 per common limited partner unit, or $4.36 on an annualized basis.
The distribution is payable Aug. 16 to unitholders of record by Aug. 9.
TC Energy
Calgary, Alberta-based TC Energy Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of CA$0.96 (US$0.69) per common share for the quarter ending Sept. 30.
The common share dividend is payable Oct. 31 to shareholders of record by Sept. 27.
Service & Supply
Kodiak Gas Services
Kodiak Gas Services Inc. announced its board approved an 8% increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.41 per common stock share.
The dividend is payable Aug. 16 to all stockholders of record by Aug. 12.
