As second-quarter 2024 earnings season wraps up, here is a roundup of select upstream, midstream and service and supply companies’ dividends declared in the week of Aug. 12.
Upstream
Diversified Energy
Diversified Energy Co. declared an interim dividend of $0.29 per share on Aug. 15 for second-quarter 2024.
The dividend will be payable Dec. 27 to shareholders of record by Nov. 29.
Mach Natural Resources
Mach Natural Resources LP announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.90 per common unit.
The distribution is payable Sept. 10 to common unitholders of record by Aug. 27.
NOV
NOV Inc.’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Aug. 15 of $0.075 per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 27 to stockholders of record by Sept. 13.
Peyto Exploration & Development
Calgary, Alberta-based Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. confirmed a monthly dividend on Aug. 15 of CA $0.11 per common share (US$0.0801).
The dividend is payable Sept. 13 for shareholders of record on Aug. 31.
Surge Energy
Surge Energy Inc. confirmed a cash dividend of $0.043 per share.
The dividend is payable Sept. 16 for shareholders of record by Aug. 31.
Tamarack Valley Energy
Calgary, Alberta-based Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. declared a monthly cash dividend on its common shares of CA$0.0125 per share (US$0.0091).
The dividend will be payable Sept. 16 to shareholders of record by Aug. 30.
Midstream
Golar LNG
Golar LNG Ltd. declared a dividend of $0.25 per share payable by Sept. 3 to shareholders of record by Aug. 26.
Service and Supply
ChampionX
ChampionX Corp. declared on Aug. 16 a regular quarterly dividend of $0.095 per share on the company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share.
The dividend is payable Oct. 25 to shareholders of record by Oct. 4.
Flowserve
Flowserve Corp. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on its outstanding shares of common stock.
The dividend is payable Oct. 11 to shareholders of record by Sept. 27.
