With first-quarter 2025 earnings underway, here is a compilation of dividends declared from select upstream, midstream and service and supply companies.
Upstream
Magnolia Oil & Gas
Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: MGY) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock and a cash distribution of $0.15 per Class B unit.
Both the dividend and distribution are payable June 2 to shareholders of record as of May 12.
NOG
Northern Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE: NOG) declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per common stock, representing a 12.5% increase year-over-year.
The dividend is payable July 31 to stockholders of record as of June 27.
Occidental
Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) confirmed a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per common stock, payable July 15 to stockholders of record as of June 10.
Vitesse Energy
Vitesse Energy Inc. (NYSE: VTS) declared a second-quarter cash dividend of $0.5625 per share, payable June 30.
Paramount Resources
Calgary, Alberta-based Paramount Resources Ltd. (TSX: POU) declared a cash dividend of CA$0.05 (US$0.036) per common share, payable May 30 to shareholders of record as of May 15.
Midstream
TC Energy
Calgary-based TC Energy Corp. (TSX, NYSE: TRP) declared a quarterly dividend of CA$0.85 (US$0.62) per common share. The dividend is payable July 31, to shareholders of record as of June 30.
Cheniere Energy Partners
Cheniere Energy Partners LP (NYSE: CQP) declared a cash distribution of $0.820 per common unit payable May 15 to unitholders of record as of May 9.
Service and Supply
Delek US Holdings Inc.
Delek US Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DK) approved a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share.
The dividend is payable May 19 to shareholders of record as of May 12.
