Dorchester Minerals
Dorchester Minerals LP (NASDAQ: DMLP) declared a quarterly cash distribution of approximately $0.73 per common unit.
The distribution is payable May 15 to common unitholders of record by May 5.
Midstream
Archrock
Archrock Inc. (NYSE: AROC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per common stock, or $0.76 per stock on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable May 13 to stockholders of record by May 6.
ONEOK
ONEOK Inc. (NYSE: OKE) announced a quarterly dividend of $1.03 per share, or $4.12 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable May 15 to shareholders of record by May 5.
Enbridge
Calgary, Alberta-based Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB) announced a quarterly dividend of CA$0.9425 (US$0.68) per common share. The dividend is payable June 1 to shareholders of record by May 15.
Service and Supply
Kodiak Gas Services
Kodiak Gas Services LLC confirmed an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share, representing a 10% increase compared to fourth-quarter 2024.
The dividend will be payable May 15 to stockholders of record by May 5.
Baker Hughes
Baker Hughes Co. (NASDAQ: BKR) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per Class A common stock, payable May 16 to shareholders of record by May 6.
TechnipFMC
TechnipFMC Plc (NYSE: FTI) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable June 4 to shareholders of record by May 20.
