As companies gear up for second-quarter earnings season, here is a compilation of dividends declared in the months of May and June from select upstream, midstream and service and supply companies.
Upstream
Occidental
Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.24 per common stock, payable July 15 to stockholders of record by June 10.
Range Resources
Range Resources Corp. (NYSE: RRC) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share. The dividend is payable June 27 to stockholders of record by June 13.
SM Energy
SM Energy Co.’s (NYSE: SM) board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable Aug. 4 to shareholders of record by July 18.
EOG Resources
EOG Resources Inc. (NYSE: EOG) declared a dividend of $1.02 per common stock, payable Oct. 31 to stockholders of record by Oct. 17.
ARC Resources
Calgary, Alberta-based ARC Resources Ltd. (TSX: ARX) confirmed a quarterly dividend of CA$0.19 (US$0.14) per share, payable July 15 to shareholders of record by June 30.
Surge Energy
Calgary-based Surge Energy Inc. (TSX: SGY) declared a cash dividend of CA$0.043 (US$0.032), payable July 15 to shareholders of record by June 30.
Whitecap Resources
Calgary-based Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) announced a cash dividend of CA$0.0608 (US$0.045) per common share. The dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record by June 30.
Midstream
Venture Global
Venture Global Inc.’s (NYSE: VG) board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.0165 per share to holders of its outstanding Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable June 30 to common stockholders of record by June 10.
Cheniere
Cheniere Energy Inc. (NYSE: LNG) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per common share, payable Aug. 18 to shareholders of record by Aug. 8
Service and Supply
Argan
Argan Inc. (NYSE: AGX) approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per common stock. The dividend is payable July 31 to stockholders of record by July 23.
