Diversified Energy Co.’s board has declared an interim dividend of $0.04375 per share for the third quarter, the company said on Nov. 15.
Shareholders of record on March 1, 2024, will receive the dividend on March 28, 2024. The dividend will be paid in U.S. dollars, although shareholders can elect to receive British sterling. Diversified will announce the sterling valuable of the dividend two weeks prior to the payment date.
