The board of power construction company Argan Inc. has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend, the company announced in a June 20 press release.
The dividend will amount to $0.25 per share of common stock, and will be payable on July 31 to all stockholders of record as of July 21.
Argan Inc. primarily provides construction services for the power industry, including the renewable energy sector. Its corporate headquarters is based in Rockville, Maryland.
