APA Corp. is updating its leadership team and has named Ben Rodgers as executive vice president and CFO, effective May 12.
Rodgers, who joined APA in 2018, will oversee all financial activities and departments such as accounting, audit, investor relations, planning, tax and treasury, APA said in an April 14 press release.
He currently serves on the board of directors of Khalda Petroleum Co., a joint venture between APA subsidiary Apache Corp. and Egypt Petroleum Co. Previously, Rogers served as senior vice president of finance and treasurer and acted as CFO of Altus Midstream. Rodgers also held a seat on Kinetik Holdings’ board of directors.
APA said it will also add two executives to help oversee operations.
Shad Frazier is joining the company as senior vice president of U.S. onshore operations, effective immediately. Frazier holds nearly 30 years of industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of production operations at Endeavor Resources. He previously held various leadership positions at Legacy Reserves and SandRidge Energy.
Donald Martin is also joining APA as vice president of decommissioning, effective May 26. Martin has over 20 years of operations and decommissioning experience. His most recent position was at Spirit Energy, where he was head of decommissioning and projects.
He has also managed decommissioning at Canadian Natural Resources.
"I am pleased to welcome Ben to our executive leadership team. He has done a tremendous job and will bring valuable expertise to our financial operations," said John J. Christmann, APA Corp. CEO. "I am also excited to welcome both Shad and Donald to the team. Their extensive experience and leadership will be instrumental in driving our operations forward."
