Africa Oil & Power 2019

-

Africa Oil & Power is Africa’s Energy Conference. Now the official conference of the Department of Energy (DoE) of South Africa, AOP will be held this year at the CTICC 1 in Cape Town on October 9-11, 2019. Join Africa’s oil, gas and power leaders for the year’s premier energy event.

South Africa’s Minister of Energy, Jeff Radebe, alongside ministers from 20 African nations and global leaders in petroleum and power, will speak at AOP 2019.

As in a number of African countries,  South Africa’s energy industry is undergoing a transformative period. Through its Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement (REIPPP) program and the Integrated Resource Plan, the country has made great strides in promoting investment and introducing a pan-African energy strategy.

Total’s recent offshore gas condensate discovery will be a catalyst for further exploration of South Africa’s upstream potential, as the country continues to lead the continent in midstream and downstream value creation.

This year’s AOP 2019 conference and exhibition will welcome 1,200 delegates over three days, with more than 20 ministers and dignitaries to speak on the main stage.

The expanded exhibition hall will host pavilions dedicated to South Africa’s energy sector, technology and digitization, renewable power, oil and gas services, and more.

Africa Oil & Power together with the elite class of ministers and senior-level government officials and top executives of private sector companies spanning the energy value chain, including upstream, downstream, engineering, construction, services, consulting, power generation, legal and finance would like to encourage you to register today.
