TGS has awarded a shallow water ocean-bottom node (OBN) contract offshore Trinidad, the energy data provider said April 7.
The 3D baseline contract will last approximately 80 days and begin in the beginning of the third quarter of 2025.
"Our OBN technology continues to be the preferred choice of the industry and exposes TGS to clients’ production budgets and asset optimization initiatives,” said Kristian Johansen, CEO of TGS.
“The client values our OBN technology combined with our proven track record of project execution, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality data and insights."
