WGL Midstream Inc.

WGL Midstream, formerly known as Capitol Energy Ventures, is a wholesale energy solutions business that invests in and optimizes natural gas pipelines and storage facilities in the Midwest and Eastern U.S. The company was acquired by Calgary, Alberta-based AltaGas Ltd. in 20018 as part of its acquisition of the WGL family of companies but was later sold to Six One Commodities Global LLC in a deal announced 2021.
