About
Founded in 2020, FourPass Energy is a privately held upstream oil and gas operator consisting of a proven team of second- and third-generation oil and gas professionals. We built this organization to acquire and operate large-scale, oil-weighted, producing oil and gas assets.
Certain funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP pledged $600 million in initial equity in November 2020 with an option to invest an additional $300 million.
