Drilling Activity Summary

Description

Thirteen horizontal Niobrara/Codell tests have been scheduled by Denver-based Wov LLC from common drillpads in the Denver-Julesburg Basin. The Laramie County, Wyo., projects will be drilled from pads in Section 19-13n-63w on the company’s Kubuli-Fee leases. The #3031-1NH, #2CH, #3NH, #4CH, #5NH, #6CH, #7NH, #8CH, #9NH, #10CH, #11NH, #12CH and #13NH Kubuli will all be drilled generally southward to bottom-hole locations in Section 31-13n-63w. Measured total depths range between 17,964 and 18,264 ft. True vertical depth of the Niobrara tests is 7,644-79 ft; true vertical depth of the Codell tests is 7,893-7,928 ft. The Kubuli drillpads are about 1 mile south and south-southeast of the abandoned Arcola Field discovery in Section 18-13n-63w, which produced approximately 2.5 Mbbl of oil from the deeper J sand between 1982 and 1989. According to IHS Markit, nearby Codell production is about 4 miles to the southwest at EOG Resources’ #212-3410H Windy in Section 34-13n-64w. The completion initially flowed 510 bbl of oil, 275 Mcf of gas and 1.068 Mbbl of water daily from a lateral in Codell drilled to the south to 17,899 ft It was tested through a 38/64-in. choke following fracture stimulation in 43 stages between 8851 and 17,732 ft.
