Jagged Peak Energy, based in Denver, announced results from a Woodford Shale producer in Pecos County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The #61H State Chimera 3601-142 flowed 654 bbl of 38.4-degree-gravity oil, 5.884 MMcf of gas and 1.29 Mbbl of water per day. Fracture-stimulated perforations are at 9,955-16,331 ft. The sidetracked hole was drilled to 16,465 ft (9,397 ft true vertical) on a 1,108-acre Delaware Basin lease in Section 36, Block 142, T&STL RR Co Survey, A-5973. It bottomed within 2 miles to the north in Section 1, Block 143, T&STL Survey, A-3551.
