In Midland County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, Lario Oil & Gas Co. has completed a horizontal Wolfcamp A-Spraberry Trend well. According to IHS, #102WA Peggy A was tested pumping 1.428 Mbbl of 42-degree-gravity oil, 1.574 MMcf of gas and 2.003 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from acidized and fracture-treated perforations at 9,264-18,901 ft. The Denver-based company reported a 24-hour initial production rate of 1.69 Mboe/d (84% oil) with a 30-day average of 1.488 Mboe/d. The south-trending extended lateral was drilled to 18,975 ft, with 5 1/2-inch casing set on bottom. It is in Section 8, Block 37, T3S, T&P RR Co Survey, A-905, and bottomed two miles to the south-southeast at a true vertical depth of 8,910 ft.
