In Eddy County, N.M., EOG Resources Inc. completed a Wolfcamp well, #701H Stella Blue 30 Federal Com, that flowed 2.478 Mbbl of oil, 14.43 MMcf of gas and 7.757 Mbbl of water per day. The Purple Sage Field well is in Section 30-26s-31e. It was tested on a 64/64-in. choke, and the shut-in casing pressure was 2,513 psi. Production is from fractured perforations at 11,500-21,067 ft, and it was drilled to 21,231 ft, 11,015 ft true vertical.
