Frisco City oil production is 9 miles west of The Graham, Texas-based company’s new location in Monroe County: #2 Bloedel MacMillan 16-10 was tested in 1997 by flowing 349 bbl of crude and 10 Mcf of gas per day from 10,920-48 ft.
