Description

COG Operating completed two Glasscock County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, Spraberry Field wells. The Midland Basin ventures were drilled from a drillpad in Section 37 Block 36, T&P RR CO Survey, A-433. The #9AH Calverley 37-36 was drilled to 18,479 ft and a true vertical depth of 8,247 ft. It produced 816 bbl of 44° API oil, 830,000 cu ft of gas and 1,017 bbl of water per day from Wolfcamp after acidizing and fracturing. Gauged on a 64/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 222 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 1,249 psi and produces from perforations at 8,489-18,348 ft. The #10BH Calverley 37-36 was drilled to 18,890 ft, 8,617 ft true vertical. It flowed 882 bbl of 43° API oil, 1.042 MMcf of gas and 1,181 bbl of water per day from Wolfcamp. Gauged on a 64/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 211 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 1,260 psi. Production is from perforations at 8,870-18,790 ft. COG is based in Midland, Texas.
