Description

In the Midland Basin portion of Martin County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, PetroLegacy Energy II LLC reported results from two wells. The drillsite is on a 640-acre West Texas lease in Section 22, Block 35 T3N, T&P RR Co Survey, A-1042. The #1LS Lady Bird 22-14 was tested pumping 1.933 Mbbl of 39.7-degree-gravity crude, 425 Mcf of gas and 2.138 Mbbl of water per day from acid- and fracture-stimulated perforations at 8,531-18,417 ft in Spraberry. The total depth is 18,530 ft (8,455 ft true vertical) and it bottomed to the northwest in Section 14. The initial pilot hole reached about 9,900 ft. According to IHS Markit, the offsetting #1WB Lady Bird 22-14 has a deeper stacked lateral “twining” #1LS Lady Bird 22-14. The Wolfcamp well was tested on-pump flowing 695 bbl of 39.7-degree-gravity oil, 18 Mcf of gas and 121 bbl of water from treated perforations at 9,183-19,069 ft and was drilled to 19,177 ft (8,897 ft true vertical) with a 2-mile long lateral.
