Description
Antero Resources announced results from two Marcellus Shale completions drilled at a drill pad in Middlebourne Township in Tyler County, W. Va. The #1H Weese Unit has a total depth of 21,360 ft and a true vertical depth of 6,163 ft. It was tested flowing 216 bbl of oil with 5.724 MMcf of gas daily. It was fractured in 74 stages and production is from a perforated zone between 6,446 ft and 21,122 ft. The offsetting #2H Weese Unit was drilled to 21,464 ft, 6,177 ft true vertical. It produced 223 bbl of oil and 5.993 MMcf of gas per day after 79-stahe fracturing. Production is from perforations at 6,552 ft-21,312 ft.
